Services I Provide

Coaching

Coaching works best if you want practical, present-focused change rather than deep exploration of past experiences. It’s especially helpful for individuals who can identify clear goals, notice successes, and build on existing strengths. Coaching is not clinical therapy. It fits well for situational stress, adjustment issues, and work or relationship problems. It’s often effective when time is limited, motivation is high, and problems are not rooted in complex or developmental trauma. Reach out if you think this is right for you.

Collaboration

Professional collaboration involves consultation and networking among fellow mental health providers. We meet individually and in groups to collectively enhance our scope of practice, sharpen our clinical expertise, and lean in for specialized support.

Therapy

Over time, we address chronic anxiety, attachment trauma, self-loathing, and problematic thinking by exploring unconscious emotional patterns rooted in early relationships or challenging experiences. Through the therapeutic relationship, old attachment expectations (like fear of abandonment or rejection) emerge and are gently examined. Experiencing consistent attunement helps revise internal models of self and others. Over time, increased emotional awareness and tolerance reduce anxiety at its source, leading to more secure relationships and lasting change beyond symptom management.
